Why is is that us females always want more??
You go through hell, and then finally you find someone who sees you for you. Hes perfect. He makes you smile, he's genuine, he's real. But still you question his motives. You remember that perfection wasnt so perfect before...that your fairy tale didnt end quite so happy. Have you ever found that your shitty ass past is damaging what could be a bright future?
You stare into his eyes and pray that maybe he'll be different. That maybe, just maybe, he wont break your heart like he did. You feel yourself falling for him but you wont let it happen. Its not that you dont want to...you just cant.
You caress his face waiting for him to disappear at any moment. Waiting to wake up from this beautiful nightmare. You vow to take each day one at a time, preparing yourself mentally for the one when he realizes that you arent the one for him.
When will we learn to see him for what he is--a chance a happiness...a chance at love. No man is perfect, but that doesnt mean he cant be perfect for you.
